nthspace is a series of creative residencies supporting the growth of upcoming artists while culturally enriching surrounding communities.

nth indicates the unspecified—an openness in the definition of art and the artist. Creators of all types are encouraged to apply.

nth is also an abbreviation of north, as in North Street, the location of the first nthspace residency, nthspace Adelaide. As in northern Italy, where nthspace Torino is located. As in the Arctic north, just a short meander from nthspace GrÍmsey (coming soon).

And space—space is more than a location. It is the freedom to live, think, and grow as one wishes.
